FAQ

what is content creation?

Wedding content creation involves capturing beautiful, emotional moments from the getting ready, ceremony and reception to share on social media. It includes a mix of photos, candid and posed, videos, and live updates, all tailored to reflect your unique story and style.

Can you help me with a photo timeline?

Absolutely! We have a few conversations during the process and one of the calls we have is to complete a photo timeline. We love when everyone is on the same page! The master timeline does tend to change so this is why we like to have a couple of conversations about it.

How many hours of Photography do i need?

This all depends on your day but I always recommend at least 8. Our Vow wedding photography collection is perfect because it comes with 8 hours of continuous coverage plus 2 photographers!

what kind of gear do you use?

Get ready for some technical nerdy stuff. I come equipped with all professional Sony gear including A7RV and A7IV camera bodies. For lenses, I bring a 14-24 2.8, 24-70 2.8, a 70-200 2.8, 85 1.4, 50 1.2, and a 90 2.8 macro. For lighting I use Flashpoint/Godox gear including an ad600, 2 ad200s, and a couple of speedlights.

how do you handle stress on wedding day?

Great question! I have been a professional photographer now for over 11 years and have photographed over 400 weddings. I’ve seen some shit…but, I also know how to handle a variety of different situations. I always look for the best-case scenario. If needed, how could we turn a stressful situation into a win? You’ll also never see me stress, if a difficult situation arises, I handle it without you knowing so you can continue to enjoy your day!

do you travel?

Absolutely! Photography has taken me to many parts of the world including a variety of states within the U.S. as well as out of the country! I love traveling and seeing new places so if you have a country in mind you want your engagement session or you wedding in, let’s go!

should we do a first look?

Personally, I like to recommend doing a first look. There are a lot of pros to doing this. It relieves a lot of stress, it gives you a moment with your love by yourselves to enjoy the moment, you get to do the family photos and your wedding portraits right after which gives you time to enjoy cocktail hour, and more.

How does payment work?

Excellent question. Payments are split up into 3 sections. The first is your $1000 retainer, your second payment is paid 3 months before your wedding date, and your final payment is due 1 month before the big day.

What’s your style?

All the planning has paid off so now I like to keep things light and fun during wedding day. We’re there to celebrate your love so I’ll crack jokes with everyone, talk to your uncle about photography, and dance with grandma. All of this of course while capturing all those special moments. As far as editing, I do love rich colors with a good mix of natural light and off camera flash, and a mix of posed, prompts, and candid moments.

We offer 3 different kinds of services. The first of course is photography which includes engagement sessions, bridal portrait sessions, and wedding day coverage. The second is videography which we can do all the sessions photography does. The third is content creation. You will receive a ton of fun behind-the-scenes photos and videos throughout your wedding day, and all delivered within 24 hours of your wedding day!
